Appointments
To get into spa mode, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Robes, sandals, towels and locker facilities are all available.

 

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.  This allows us to offer the booking to someone in need and prevents financial hardship to your aesthetician or therapist.

 

In the event of a late cancellation there will be a $30 fee charged to your account or missed appointment 50% of the service price will be charged to your account.

 

This policy will be strictly enforced.

 

Your appointment is reserved especially for you.  Should you arrive late, you will be charged the full duration of your booking.

 

We greatly appreciate your business and realize that occasionally an emergency may arise and we will treat your specific situation as they arise.

Serenity and tranquility is at the heart of Allegra … please ensure that all devices be turned off orswitched to vibrate.

Cash, Debit, Visa & Mastercard

Wayspa Gift Cards & Discounted Gift Cards are redeemable on regular priced services only. Exceptions: Services performed by Registered Massage Therapist, Registered Nurse, Reiki Practitioner, Nutritionist, Holistic Practitioner & Lash Technician

REFERRAL PROGRAM

We appreciate you choosing us and we diligently work to maintain the quality of service that you have come to expect from us. As part of your personal care journey, we want to thank you for referring your friends, family and colleagues to our spa. When you refer someone to our spa, you will BOTH receive 15% off any 1 regular priced spa service. You do not have to come together, just have the person let us know. We will note it on your file and you can redeem on your next visit.
